Join Unique Fitness
On-campus at the University of Bradford, Unique Fitness membership gives you access to our gym, swimming pool, racket sports and classes. We have membership options for students, staff and public members.
No joining fee. No cancellation fee. Direct debit options are available.
Training Academy
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Training Academy, our Academy will deliver pool and gym-based courses.
The first course we are offering is a Level 2 Gym Instructor Course for a reduced fee of £400. The self-directed course is recognised by CIMSPA and REPs, with 6 months to complete it from enrolment on May 19. Payment is required on enrolment.

Gym

Our two-floor gym has a variety of different fitness equipment for you to use.
- Functional Space
- A wide range of cardio
- Free weights up to 50kg
- Fixed resistance machines
If you need any advice our staff are on hand to help you out.
Swimming pool
Unique Fitness is home to the only swimming pool in Bradford city centre.
Use of our 25m pool is included in all memberships, as well as on a pay per visit basis for non-members.
Swimming is a great way to exercise, it works your whole body with a lower impact than some other forms of cardio.
Fitness Classes
We offer a range of fitness classes suitable for all
Bringing a friend or training alongside your class buddies each week is a great motivator. Our instructors will help push you to reach your goals in fun yet challenging workouts.
These classes will cover a range of movements and exercises to raise your pulse and work your muscles.
Racket sports
Courts are available for hire.
Whether you are playing competitively or just having fun with friends, racket sports are a great way to get active.
Our squash courts, badminton courts, and outdoor tennis courts are all available to hire, and free to members.
Football
We offer 5-aside indoor and outdoor, as well as 7-aside and 11-aside outdoor.
Both our outdoor pitches are 3G and fully floodlit.
All pitches are available for one-off or season bookings. Membership not required.
