The module will evaluate the extent to which current environmental law and policies provide suitable mechanisms for achieving sustainable human and environmental futures. The module covers a number of emerging subjects of environmental regulation such as the connection between climate policy and energy policy, specifically in relation to renewable sources of energy as well as unconventional and controversial sources of energy such as fracking.
