School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences
Pharmacy teaching at the University of Bradford dates back to 1927. In January 2018, we became the School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences after the Institute of Cancer Therapeutics and Clinical Sciences joined Bradford School of Pharmacy.
We have an outstanding reputation in research and education (2017), including educational innovation. Our Team Based Learning has been recognised through the Collaborative Award in Teaching Excellence and we are in the world top 250 departments of Pharmacy & Phamacology in the QS World University Rankings (2017).

Master by Research (MRES)
Master by Research (MRes) is a one-year research-focused postgraduate programme delivered at the Institute of Cancer Therapeutics and Faculty of Life Sciences. It provides training for working as a professional scientist, or in preparation for a PhD.
