Our International Conference on AI was hosted in partnership with Bennett University.

24/03/2023 Bradford Mock Trial Competition 2023

A live mock trial competition for two Bradford Schools saw Year 12 students acting as prosecution and defence over a fictitious scenario based on assault occasioning grievous bodily harm.

Students from Woodhouse Grove and Bradford Grammar went head-to-head in the Lady Hale Courtroom with HHJ Jonathan Rose presiding.

21/06/2022 Dissemination Event for HEIF-Funded Research Project

The School of Law disseminates research into Equality, Access and Inclusion: Small Business in the Bradford District and Government-funded Financial Support and Recovery Plans for Covid-19.

The event explores findings from the 3-month study including the awareness of schemes, impact of digital exclusion and challenges of meeting eligibility criteria for businesses.

The School of Law hosts a series of webinars with our Conversations in Law series.

The first, Royalty, Sex and Scandal, explores the civil sex assault case in the United States, involving Prince Andrew, Duke of York.

The second, Might, Right and War, focuses on International Law in the wake of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
