University hospitality
The University of Bradford has a partnership with BaxterStorey, their mission is to provide the level of service and quality you require.
We hope you like the tempting menus we have created for you, however, please remember that these menus are only a guide. We are always happy to discuss your catering requirements and create a bespoke menu just for you.
We are committed to supporting and promoting Fairtrade, and use Fairtrade products in all our catering where possible.
If you have any special dietary requirements, we ask you to please let us know in advance so we can take this into consideration when creating your menu.

Menus and pricing
Any event to be charged via an internal cost code will need to be approved in line with the University’s policy regarding hospitality orders which was revised to state that meetings will only qualify for university hospitality in limited circumstances. For example, exceptionally when external guests are present and only then with prior approval from an Executive Board Member.
Our hospitality menus are tailored to suit a variety of needs both for internal and external clients. Should you wish to create a bespoke menu, please contact the catering team in the first instance. The team will be happy to discuss your booking and any dietary needs.
Alcoholic Beverage Orders
Please note that some areas of the university campus are not licensed for the supply or sale of alcoholic beverages. Areas that are not licensed will require a TENS licence submitted to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council at least 14 days prior to the booking date.
Licenced Areas of campus include:
- Richmond Building: Atrium only
- Student Central Building: Level 02
- Theatre in the Mill
- The Amphitheatre
- Norcroft Conference Centre
