Catherine transitioned from a career in banking to become a first aid trainer 19 years ago. She holds a teaching qualification, an assessor's award, and has completed a tutor training program. Catherine started by working with the NHS in local hospitals, where she introduced primary school children to basic first aid and the hospital environment. She has also taught courses in safeguarding and mental health first aid.

Over the years, Catherine's passion for first aid has grown, and she deeply values the impact of training in emergency situations. She enjoys interacting with course participants and believes that first aid education should be as widespread as possible.
