David is an organizational theorist, Professor Emeritus at the University of Bath School of Management, and co-founder of the International Marketing and Purchasing Group (IMP Group) in the mid-1970s.

Dame Finch is a sociologist and academic and educational administrator. She was Vice-Chancellor and Professor of Social Relations at Keele University and currently holds an honorary position at the Morgan Centre for the Study of Relationships and Personal Life at the University of Manchester.

Sir Anthony Finkelstein is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and was appointed CBE for services to engineering and computer science in 2016 and a knighthood in 2022 for public service. He is President of City, University of London and was formerly a Chief Scientific Adviser in HM Government between 2015 and 2021. Prior to his current role, he was Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Professor of Software Systems Engineering at University College London (UCL).

Chris is an archaeological geophysicist and Professor of Archaeological Science at the University of Bradford. His research projects took place across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, but the significant ones include his work as part of the Stonehenge Hidden Landscapes Project, research on World Heritage Sites at Diocletian’s Palace in Croatia and and ancient Cyrene in Libya.

David Lyon is Director of the Surveillance Studies Centre at Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario.  A pioneer in the field of Surveillance Studies, he has been studying surveillance since the mid-1980s. He has produced a steady stream of books – translated in to 18 languages. He has led several large collaborative research projects on surveillance, with research funding totalling almost $8 million. His work has been recognized in Canada, Switzerland, the USA and the UK with a number of fellowships, prizes, awards and an honorary doctorate.

Dr Hearn is a sociologist and academic best known for his research in gender studies, organisation and management studies, social policy, and sociology. He is currently an emeritus professor at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland; Professor of Sociology at Huddersfield University and a UK Academician in the Social Sciences. 

Professor Pardhan is a world-leading expert in vision and eye research. She has published extensively on the impact of low vision on gait and on hearing; diabetic retinopathy; visual short-term memory. She is Director of the Vision and Eye Research Unit at the Anglia Ruskin University School of Medicine and was the first woman to be appointed Professor of Optometry in the UK.

Robert W. McGee (PhD, philosophy, 2000) has been keeping busy. A 2023 study ranked him #9 in the world among economists in terms of research impact. Prior studies have ranked him #1 in the world for both accounting ethics and business ethics scholarship. He drafted the accounting law for Armenia and Bosnia and has lectured or consulted in more than 30 countries. He is also a best-selling novelist and a world champion martial artist in taekwondo, kung fu, karate and tai chi. His career gold medal count is approaching 1000

Dr Parker is a scientist who researches the immune responses of plants at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research. She is listed on Thomson Reuter's list of the annual ISI Web of Knowledge most highly cited scientists for 2015 and was elected a member of the European Molecular Biology Organization in 2016.

Hassan is Director of the Smart Microgrid Applied Research Team (SMART) at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), Burnaby, Canada, and Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia and School of Engineering Science at Simon Fraser University. He helped design and develop Canada's first smart microgrid on the BCIT campus.

Until 2003 Professor McDonald was Professor of Marketing and Deputy Director of Cranfield University School of Management, with special responsibility for E-Business. He works with the operating boards of the world's biggest multinational companies, but also he is an author of 46 books. He is currently a Chairman in Malcolm McDonald International.

is a forensic anthropologist, criminologist and television presenter. She has featured in television programmes in the UK, Australia and the US including as a forensic anthropologist on the BBC2 series History Cold Case; Wanted; and co-hosting Coast Australia. Currently, she is a Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Bachelor of Criminology programs at the University of Newcastle in Australia and CEO of FHID, specialist forensic human identificatoin business. 

Professor Emeritus Kochhar was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering in 1997. He was appointed in 1986, at the age of 37, as Professor of Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Bradford. He took up appointments as Lucas Professor of Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Manchester of Science and Technology (UMIST) in 1992, and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1997. He served as Executive Dean of the newly created School of Engineering and Applied Science at Aston University from 1999 to 2008. His research work involved extensive collaborations with manufacturing companies and received prizes for his research activities.

Chrispas is a Reader in International Commercial Law and Director of Research in Law at Canterbury Christ Church University. He is part of a taskforce constituted by the General Assembly of the IGAD. He has contributed to policy developments in the IGAD, and EAC.

Dr Panaretos was an educator and statistician. Till 2015, he was a Professor of Probability and Statistics at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He was Deputy Minister of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs (2009 to 2011) and was appointed by the Prime Minister to be in charge of the Open Government project.

Professor Price is an academic and former Vice-Chancellor of Leeds Beckett University. She also served as Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University of East London. She was appointed CBE in 2016 for services to higher education.

Professor Ratnatunga is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Australia, and an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia. He is recognised as a pioneer in education innovation and its application in business settings in both macro and micro economic environments. 

Professor Roberts is a bioarchaeologist and palaeopathologist. Since 2020 she is Professor Emeritus  at Durham University. She was elected a Fellow of the British Academy in 2014 and President of the British Association of Biological Anthropology and Osteoarchaeology in 2015.

Professor Smithers is an educationalist and Professor of Education. He is Director of the Centre for Education and Employment Research at the University of Buckingham. He has held numerous Professorships and Chairs and was elected as one of the first three fellows of the Society for Research in Higher Education in 1986. 

Professor Thomas is an archaeologist who has published works on the Neolithic and Bronze Age prehistory of Britain and north-west Europe. He has twice served as Vice President of the Royal Anthropological Institute and is Professor of Archaeology at the University of Manchester.

Professor Zibakalam is an academic, author and political pundit. He is Professor of Political Science at the University of Tehran and appears frequently on international news outlets including the BBC and Al Jazeera. He has authored bestsellers and prominent books on Iranian contemporary politics. 

Tom is Professor of Nucleic Acid Chemistry at Oxford University and is an outgoing President of the Chemistry Biology Interface Division of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC). He has published over 360 research papers and patents and has received several awards including the RSC Josef Loschmidt prize.

Marina has been Director of Competition Policy at Ofcom since September 2007, leading their policy work in relation to the postal sector and competition matters within the telecommunications market.

Jabbar is the Global HR Director for BBC Studios, an organisation with around 5,000 employees across 16 countries. Over the past five years, Jabbar has featured as one of HR magazine's Most Influential practitioners.

Nick is an experienced news broadcaster. He is currently Sports Editor at Sky News. He previously worked for Pennine Radio (Pulse Radio) as Breakfast News Presenter and as a Producer and Presenter at Yorkshire Television (ITV Yorkshire). He is a double Royal Television Society (RTS) award-winner.

Martin is an author and former NBC News reporter. He has won numerous awards for his work in TV journalism including five Emmy awards for his coverage of Kosovo, another for Rwanda, two for his reporting from Palestine and one for trauma medicine in Israel.

Paul is the Chief Technology Officer & President of Digital for the Fox Corporation, which includes Fox Sports, Fox News, Fox Entertainment and Fox TV Stations.

Pratibha is a filmmaker and producer. She is known internationally for her political and documentary film work as well as her activism within the global feminism and lesbian rights movements. She was awarded the Visionary Award for her entire body of work was also listed as one of BBC's 100 Women.

Alex is an economics commentator, working as a journalist, editor, and author. He is the City Editor of the Daily Mail and was previously Financial Editor of The Guardian. He received many prizes, including the Financial Journalist of the Year Award and honorary degree from University of Bradford.

Andrew is a business journalist, previously employed as the business news editor at the Telegraph Media Group. Currently, Andrew works as a head of EMEA News at S&P Global Platts. 

Ravi Kamble is a Supervising Animator at Dreamworks Animation Studios. He has worked on a number of well-known movies from Abonimable to Penguins of Madagascar to How to Train Your Dragon.

Jon is an award-winning British novelist and short story writer. A number of his novels have been longlisted for several awards including the Booker Prize for his first novel in 2002, and again in 2006 and 2017. In 2012, his third novel was awarded the International Dublin Literary Award.

Abdullah is a veteran print and broadcast journalist who has previously worked for the BBC, Al Jazeera, Alhurra, and Al Arab TV. He currently works as a media trainer and consultant. 

John is a performance poet, comedian, musician and songwriter. He began his comedy career in 1980 and has gone on to appear on television and featured on radio. He has also written numerous books.

Antonela is a Senior Brand Community Manager (Global) for 505 Games (a games publishing company) and leads on the social and community strategy, content planning, reporting, social asset creation and engagement for several successful video game titles.

Iffy is a former professional footballer who made almost 500 professional appearances. He is most well-remembered for his spells at Gillingham and Huddersfield Town. Currently, Iffy is Head of equality, diversity and inclusion for the Premier League. He was previously an Equalities Coach for the Professional Footballers Association and served as an Assistant Manager for England U21's national side.

Martin is a television presenter, journalist, author, and property investor who currently presents the BBC1 property auction series, Homes Under the Hammer. He also hosts the Talk Radio show 'Home Rule with Martin Roberts'. In addition, he has also appeared on BBC Radio, ITV, CNN and SKY TV.

Sangeeta is an inspirational speaker, notably speaking at a TEDx event in 2019, an image consultant, a humanitarian, and also, a mountaineer, who has climbed 6 of the tallest mountains on 5 continents, including the world's tallest mountain in Mt Everest. 

is a science fiction writer and the author of six Hugo-nominated novels and winner of 2005, 2010, and 2014 Hugo awards for best novella. He has won numerous other awards and been translated into at least 12 other languages.

Tori is a weather forecaster who works for BBC Weather mainly on Radio Five Live.

Albert is a science fiction writer. His notable works across genres have earned him many awards in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China. He is best known for Humanoid Software series, which earned him the Nebula award (best SF/Fantasy novel) in China.

Matt was a radio presenter and reporter at BBC Radio 2 and later Greatest Hits Radio. He is currently the Head of Communications at the British Equestrian Federation.

Nigel is the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the International Rugby League and former CEO of the Rugby Football League. In total, Nigel has spent 18 years on the board of the Rugby League.

Kate is a senior retail executive and one of the UK's most successful businesswomen. She was until May 2019 the CEO and Executive Director of SPP, following ten years as CEO of WH Smith. She was awarded an honorary degree from Bradford in 2007 and also served as Chancellor of the University between 2015 and 2021.

Dr Feakin is an international cyber-security expert and Australia’s inaugural Ambassador for Cyber Affairs and Critical Technology. He was formerly the Director of National Security Programs at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) where he established the institute's International Cyber Policy Centre.

Melih is an internet technologist and entrepreneur. He is the founder and Chairman of the Comodo Group, one of the worlds' largest internet security companies employing more than 1,000 staff and providing internet and website security for more than 85 million users worldwide. Since 2018 he is also the CEO of MaVeCap an incubator Venture Capital firm.

Alan is Chief Executive Officer of IP Group, a FTSE 250 company that specialises in investing in spin-outs from leading universities. He was also the joint founder and Chief Executive of Techtran Group Ltd, which was acquired by IP Group plc in 2005.

Crawford is a leading technology executive and a former Chief Executive, Vice President, and Chairman of Sun Microsystems. He was made Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 1995. He Chairs the Scottish Government's Council of Economic Advisers. 

Haryanto is a businessman and art collector who founded Indonesia's first contemporary art museum. He is President of AKR Corporindo, a leading logistics, and supply chain company, and was awarded the 2008 Indonesian Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, Businessman of the Year 2012 by Forbes Indonesia magazine, and Best CEO 2012 by Corporate Governance Magazine Hong Kong.

Bas is an internationally recognised business executive known for his work in the global telecommunications industry. He is currently CEO, Global Services for BT, and is a contributor to the World Economic Forum and is on the Committee for Economic Development. 

Paul is an internationally experienced business leader, currently CEO of Arqiva and Chairman of Action.ai.an. He was the former Chief Executive of Odeon UCI Cinemas Group, and Eircom Group. He was also Chief Operating Officer of the Children's Investment Fund Foundation and a Director of e-commerce company Upstream SA and at Milton Keynes Dons Football Club.

Jo is a Board Member of SocialMedia.org, which is the community forum for social media leaders of large global brands. Since January 2021, she is also Vice President of Brand, Communications and Design in BP.

Kevin is currently Chairman of ITS Technology Group; iCaaS, GDPR compliance platform and Amber, The Health and Safety Communication Platform. He started his career as a Managing Director in Porsche Cars and later BMW, where he increased the profitability of both companies.

Keith is an investment banker and financier with a 30-year career as a senior corporate finance and takeover advisor. He has advised on hundreds of debt and equity issues and complex cross-border transactions as a senior executive at leading global banks, as well as acting for noteworthy clients and high profile transactions. He is a former Chairman of the Football League and Director of Wembley National Stadium Ltd and is currently a Director at Everton Football Club. 

Alan is a former Chief Executive of HSBC Bank plc. He is currently Non-Executive Director for HSBC and also on the boards of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe and Majid Al Futtaim, a leading shopping mall, communities, retail, and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Bernard is a highly successful business leader and is currently the CEO and CBO of activewear company Coalision, whose brands include Lolë and Paradox. Previously, he was President of Quicksilver, GM of Timberland and Financial Controller at L'Oréal and Marks and Spencer.

Stella is a pharmacist and entrepreneur. She is the founder and current CEO of Emzor Pharmaceutical, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Nigeria. She is a current member of the Economic Summit of Nigeria and the Health Matters Advisory Board of Nigeria.

John is retired CEO Air BP, where he has been for almost 30 years serving in different capacities including as CEO of BP’s global Liquid Petroleum Gas business and CFO for the global Petrochemicals business.

Marc is the Chief Marketing Officer at Bonhams, one of the world's oldest and largest auctioneers of fine art and antiques. Marc has more than 20 years' experience in the marketing industry at some of the best-known brands in the world, including the Tate and the Guardian Media Group, where he was responsible for a digital transformation, and as Chief Marketing Officer at Christie's.

Lawrence is a businessman; Founder and Chairman of the LNT Group which employs 1,000 people across various business operations in elderly care, construction, and IT. Since 2016, he is also Entrepreneurship Ambassador with the Entrepreneurship Centre at University of Oxford.

Brend is the Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD). He built his career at ABN AMRO in the Netherlands later moving to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region before becoming CEO of the Saudi Hollandi Bank.

Sreeram is currently General Manager at IBM, former Global Managing Director of Government, Healthcare and Life Sciences. The team Sreeram leads are responsible for developing IBM's Government Industry Strategy and deliver technology and process optimisation across several Government sectors.

Rob is a technology entrepreneur, Chairman, CEO, NED, and Trustee. In 1995 Rob won the IBM Leonardo da Vinci Award for Multimedia, and he became one of the three founding executives of Freeserve, launched by the retailer Dixons in 1998. He was one of the youngest ever executive officers of an FTSE 100 company at the age of 29. Since then, he has founded and invested in several businesses and has served in senior roles in government and the public sector. He is currently a member of the Board of Advisors at Digital Leaders, and an Angel investor and advisor in numerous startups, including Caura.com and Tahora.com.

Madam Wang Yuan was the first Chief Economist of the China Development Bank, the largest development bank in the world, and was formerly the Economic Officer at the World Bank. She is currently a member of the International Advisory Board of George Town Institute of Open and Advanced Studies (GIOAS).

Esther is the Head of Brand, Reputation & Marketing management at the Netherlands branch of KPMG. At the same time, she is a Member of the Supervisory Board in Stichting Kinderen Kankervrij.

Paul was the Founding Member and Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS), where currently he is the Chief Executive. He was previously Chief Officer of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Local Pharmaceutical Committee, and also served as Professional Standards Director and Superintendent Pharmacist at Boots UK.

Until June 2019 Kate was a leading civil engineer and currently the Design Director at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd. She is a former Director of Arup where she led the Infrastructure Design Team for the London 2012 Olympic Park. Currently Kate is Global Sailing Sabbatical and she is sailing 28,000 miles around the world with her family.

Dr Renduchintala is a Board Member in Accenture, Jacob School Engineering and Berkleys College of Engineering at University of California. He was a Group President of the Technology, Systems Architecture & Client Group and Chief Engineering Officer at Intel Corporation.

Chris is the First-Team Physiotherapist at Liverpool Football Club. He was previously First-Team Physio at Arsenal Football Club and Crystal Palace after having given 10 years of service to Liverpool, progressing through the ranks from reserve-team physiotherapist to head of physiotherapy. and Head Physio at Crystal Palace Football Club. 

Ailie is a President of Mining & Metals Global Business Unit in Bechtel Corporation, where till 2017 she was one of the UK’s leading female railway engineers and Global Rail Sector Lead. She has been a project manager for impressive developments including the multi-billion pound Central Artery Highway/ Tunnel project in Boston, the £900m refurbishment of St Pancras station and, most recently, Crossrail.

Stephanie is currently the Petronas Trackside Fluid Engineer in F1, where she is responsible for monitoring and analysing the fluids that are used to power the Formula One cars. Previously she was an Asset Care Engineer in BASF and Project Manager in PolyGen Ltd.

Albert is Design Director and one of the founding members of AKT II. He has worked on projects all over the world including Zayed National Museum, Abu Dhabi, UAE, King's Cross Central, London, Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center, Baku, Azerbaijan and the UK Pavilion at Expo 2010, Shanghai, China.

Dr Hawksworth is a former President of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and Chair of the Panel of Fellows. She was awarded an MBE for services to pharmacy in 2002 and was conferred as an Honorary Doctor of Science of the University of Bradford in 2005 for her notable contributions to the Pharmacy profession. She was a Senior Lecturer at the University of Huddersfield where she remains as a Visiting Fellow. She received the RPS highest honour, the Charter Gold Medal, in 2010, and a Lifetime Achievement award in 2017.

David was the Chief Executive of the Care Quality Commission between 2012 and 2018 and was formerly the Department of Health's Director General of Social Care, Local Government and Care Partnerships at the Department of Health. He was awarded a CBE in 2004 in recognition for his services to social care.

John McGagh has over 35 years of industrial experience spanning a range of commercial and technical Global roles. He served as President of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) in 2017/18. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, Adjunct Professor at the University of Queensland.

Dana is the Managing Director in Grain of Sand Consulting Ltd. She was the Director of Strategy and Operational Excellence at Skanska UK and a former Director of Asset Management at Transport for London. She is one of the most senior and widely-respected women in engineering in Britain and was the first woman ever to be named Surveyor/ICE Municipals 'Engineer of the Year'.

Julius is a Sierra Leonean politician currently serving as President of Sierra Leone. He is former Brigadier General of the Sierra Leonean Army and previously served as the military head of state of Sierra Leone in 1996.

Saleh bin Mohammad is the Qatari Minister of Development Planning and Statistics. He was previously the Secretary-General for the Qatari General Secretariat for Development Planning (GSDP) having also served as the Director of the Institutional Development at the GSDP.

Dr Elworthy is a world-renowned peace-builder. She founded the Oxford Research Group NGO in 1982 to develop effective dialogue between nuclear weapons policy-makers worldwide, for which she was nominated three times for the Nobel Peace Prize. She also founded Peace Direct in 2003, a charity supporting local peace-builders in conflict areas, and was awarded the Niwano Peace Prize. In 2017 she founded Business Plan for Peace to shift humanity's habit away from violent conflict. She is also a member of the World Future Council and author of many books on non-violence.

Saeb is the former Chief of the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organisation) Steering and Monitoring Committee and a Member of the Palestinian Parliament. He negotiated the Oslo Accords with Israel and remained Chief Negotiator for the PLO between 1995 until 2020.

Rinchinnyamyn is a former Prime Minister of Mongolia and a leading member of the Democratic Party. He contributed to the democratic movement in Mongolia as a founding member of the New Progress-Union and the National Progress-Party which he then helped to merge to form the National Democratic Party.

Demeke Mekonnen is the Deputy Prime Minister of Ethiopia and Minister of Foreign Affairs. He was previously a Minister of Education, and also Chairman of the ADP (Amhara Democratic Party) and Deputy Chair of EPRDF (Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front) until dissolution of the parties in 2019.

Nick is the Bishop of Leeds (since 2014) and a former Bishop of Bradford. He is an experienced broadcaster, regularly appearing on Pause for Thought on BBC Radio 2. He has also authored eight books. 

Gavin is a British Member of Parliament (MP) and was appointed as Secretary of State for Education in July 2019. He was elected as MP for South Staffordshire in 2010.

Ernesto is an economist and politician and the former President of Mexico. He served as President of Mexico between 1994 to 2000. Since the end of his term as President, he has been a leading voice on globalization, especially its impact on relations between developed and developing nations.

Yerlan is the Vice Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Kazakhstan. He was appointed in 2019 having previously held the position of deputy mayor of Almaty (2015-19), overseeing issues of social welfare.

Ousman is the Director-General of the State Intelligence Service (SIS) of Gambia. He has held numerous senior state roles including as Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, at the Ministry of the Interior and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Chakufwa was a human rights activist, pro-democracy advocate, trade unionist and politician. He was the second Vice-President in Malawi and is credited as the 'father of Malawian democracy'. He was awarded the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Award in 1992.

Frederick is a former member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (1991 to 2016) and the former Chairman of the Hong Kong Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood (ADPL).

Kaleed is a Member of the Provincial Parliament for Mississauga East-Cooksville in Ontario, Canada, and Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery. Kaleed is also the Government Deputy Whip and the Chair of the Committee on the Legislative Assembly.

Clive is a British Member of Parliament for Norwich South and previously served as Shadow Minister for Sustainable Economics and as Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Before entering politics, Clive was a BBC News TV reporter for more than a decade.

Chief May Egbunike-Agbakoba is an educational consultant, life-coach, community activist, humanitarian, peacemaker, and philanthropist. She was a founder or co-founder of multiple community organisations, including the Onitsha Ado Cultural Rising Stars UK, Right Direction Community Education and Welfare Service, The Orphanage Welfare Charity Foundation in West Africa, OSIBEL & Co. Informatics Consultancy and most recently Onitsha Ado Institute, where she is also CEO.

Baroness Taylor of Bolton is a former Minister for International Defence and Security (UK). She was the first woman to serve as Leader of the House of Commons and Lord President of the Privy Council. She is currently Chair of Council at the University of Bradford.

Mahdi Abdul is a political scientist, historian, columnist, author, founder, and member of various Palestinian, Arab and international institutions as well as the head and founder of the Palestinian Academic Society for the Study of International Affairs.
